The Municipal Board of Culture of Pozuelo de Alarcón (hereafter, the Board) guarantees that all users providing personal information through the web page http://www.animadrid.com/ in order to access our services as required will have maximum confidentiality and privacy of their information.

The Board states its commitment to complying with the legislation in force at all times as far as protection of information is concerned, and for the purposes of fullfilling that commitment, the following Policy of Protection of Information has been drawn up, so the users might freely and voluntarily determine the information they might want to provide through our website.

The gathering and automated treatment of personal information serves the purpose of replying to enquiries or suggestions, the sending of information regarding our services by either electronic or traditional means, and any other service related to the activity of the Board that might be considered of interest.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, it is considered necessary to fill in all the information requested, since without it the Board will not be able to carry out the services requested by the user.

To this end, and in compliance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, through which the Regulation of the development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December is approved on the protection of personal information, the Board informs you that it has drawn up the pertinant Safety Document, in which said safety measures are provided for and which must be complied with by all people working for the Board who might have access to personal information.

Those individuals who have provided personal information to the Board may exercise their rights to access, correct, cancel and oppose by writing to the General Registry of the City of Pozuelo de Alarcón, the City Council of Technology for Information and Communication with Citizens, Plaza Mayor, nº 1, 28223, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
